Released.
You just had to release it after I finished editing my level...
Is there anything else the release changes?

I wanted to add other stuff, but I've been busy and when I saw your post about you still needing saving scripts in the correct order, I decided to just release it as a38b instead of a39.

I was going to post this on idea informer but it hates me

I was trying to place a warp token. I got the wrong place so I deleted it. Then I placed another in the right spot and ved crashed.

Fixed in a39.

I have released a39, which adds a whole new feature: level-specific notes!

Which means you can now write down plot ideas, changelogs and other things in a dedicated area without using scripts. You can also use text formatting (for example, put \C at the end of a line to color that line cyan, put \h at the end to make the text on that line large, more on that later).

How did you make it go with the level?
A different file? The way you were talking about on flockmod?

An entity in room 21,21. It'll also be used for other stuff, like flag names, names of internal scripts, and probably other stuff as well.

Suggestions for a40:

As VC7 pointed out, lab tilesets on the maps.
HD Maps???
-not required- Button that creates a save file for your level from the desired place.

So you did go with that way. I was in the drawing room when you said that, remember?

As VC7 pointed out, lab tilesets on the maps.
I'll try something, but remember that Ved needs to support custom tiles as well and the small lab edge is just downscaled a lot on the map...

HD Maps???
It's already possible to save a fullsized version of the map- just right-click the "Save map" button and click "Save fullsize map". It'll be saved at %appdata%\LOVE\ved\maps.

Button that creates a save file for your level from the desired place.
This is already planned, but thanks for suggesting anyway.

When I said HD maps, I meant, like, maps that when you zoom in were still pixel perfect.

Zoom in where exactly? A built-in zoom option in Ved, or something external?

I mean that when you export the map as an image file, when you zoom in on Windows Picture Viewer or something like that you can't see enemies, room naes, gravitylines, etc

Entities and room names are not displayed on the map. It could change for certain entities that deserve to be shown, like gravity lines, but for now no entities are shown.

HOW ABOUT
YOU MAKE IT SO
YOU CAN COPY ROOMS
FROM THE MAIN GAME

OR YOU CAN COPY A ROOM FROM ANOTHER LEVEL
TO THIS ONE

(so I can use fiq's clone of the main game for the ship)

Tracked the issue down to having a level with a metadata entity in it, but without any notes.

Thanks for reporting, this is fixed in a41.
